Use the Beam AI (powered by Attentive) integration to generate accurate, automated take-offs and sync those measurements back into LMN. This article walks you through setting up the integration, submitting take-offs, tracking and viewing your measurements, and troubleshooting common issues.
A take-off is a measurement of a property's features (such as turf, beds, or hardscape) generated from aerial imagery, which you can then use in your estimates.

Overview
The Beam AI integration lets you request automated property take-offs without measuring manually. Once configured, you start a measurement in LMN, Beam AI processes the property, and the completed measurements sync back into LMN as read-only records you can use across your estimates.
Keep the following in mind before you start:
You must have an active Beam AI account to use this integration.
Beam AI bills per take-off. There is no additional LMN fee, and billing questions are handled by Beam AI.
Before You Begin
Complete these prerequisites before configuring the integration:
Confirm you have an active Beam AI account.
Request an API token by emailing pravesh@attentive.ai.
Note that your token is permanent and does not expire, so you only need to request it once.
Configure the integration
Once you have your API token, connect Beam AI to LMN:
Go to Settings > Integrations > Beam AI
Paste your API token into the token field.
Select Test Token to validate the connection.
Confirm the token shows as valid before continuing.
Submit a new AI take-off
Always start take-offs from within LMN so the results sync back correctly:
In Jobsite Measurements, select New AI Measurement
Confirm the property address
Beam AI opens in a new tab to process the take-off
⚠️ Important: Always start the take-off from LMN using New AI Measurement. Take-offs created directly in Beam AI will not sync back to LMN.
Track status & View Completed Measurements
After submitting a take-off, you can monitor its progress:
The measurement displays a Processing status while Beam AI works on it.
When complete, the measurement syncs back into LMN as a read-only record.
Edit Measurements in Beam AI
Synced measurements are read-only in LMN. To make changes, edit the take-off in Beam AI, and the updated results sync back to LMN.
Use Measurements in Estimates
You can pull your completed AI measurements into estimates the same way you use other jobsite measurements, including in production rate calculations.
Mix AI & Manual Measurements
You can combine AI-generated take-offs with manually created measurements on the same jobsite, giving you flexibility when some areas need a manual touch.
Troubleshooting
The New AI Measurement button is missing
Confirm your API token is entered and validated under Settings > Integrations > Beam AI. The button appears once the integration is active.
The API token failed at measurement time even though Test Token passed
Re-paste the token, making sure there are no leading or trailing spaces.
If needed, request a new token from Beam AI.
If the issue persists, contact LMN Support.
A completed take-off isn't showing in LMN
Confirm the take-off was started from LMN using New AI Measurement. Take-offs started directly in Beam AI will not sync back.
Refresh your measurements to check for updates.
If the take-off was started from LMN and still doesn't appear, contact LMN Support.
FAQs
How does billing work?
Beam AI charges per take-off. There is no additional LMN fee, and any billing questions should be directed to Beam AI.
How do I get my API token?

Are synced measurements editable in LMN?
