User capacity by plan
Plan | Users Included | Trucks per User | Trucks per Account |
Essential | 1 | 2 | 2 |
Pro | Up to 5 | 10 | 25 |
Enterprise | Unlimited | 15 | Unlimited |
If your team is growing, plan ahead — bumping from Pro to Enterprise is straightforward, but it's better to be on the right tier before you hit the cap.
Adding a user (Pro and Enterprise)
Account → Team → + Add User.
Enter their name and email.
Assign their role (Admin, Dispatcher, Driver, View-only).
Assign the trucks they'll dispatch.
They'll get an email invite to set their password.
Roles and permissions
Role | Can do |
Admin | Everything: billing, users, trucks, loads |
Dispatcher | Search, book, manage assigned trucks; cannot change billing |
Driver | View loads assigned to them, update load status, view Load Alerts |
View-only | Read-only access — useful for owners or auditors |
Truck assignments
Each truck can be assigned to one primary dispatcher but viewable by other dispatchers on the same account. This lets your team cover each other on weekends or PTO without losing accountability.
Best practices for teams
One Slack/text channel per shift — overnight dispatcher hands off to morning team with clear status.
Standardize how you label brokers in your internal notes so any teammate can read your shorthand.
Daily morning huddle (even 10 min) to align on who's hunting which lanes.
Weekly performance review — gross per truck, RPM, deadhead %, top brokers.
Common questions
Can two dispatchers book on the same truck simultaneously? The system will warn if a truck is already committed to a load in the same time window. Best practice: assign primary responsibility per truck.
Can drivers see what dispatchers earn or what other drivers are booked at? No. Drivers see their own loads and rates only.
Can I remove a user mid-cycle? Yes — Account → Team → remove. The seat opens up immediately.
What happens to assigned trucks if a dispatcher leaves? Trucks automatically revert to the account Admin until reassigned.
