Fuel is an essential commodity for any fleet and its management affects the company's performance. The Fuel Purchases module allows you to manage your fuel purchases and then uses this data in supporting modules such as IFTA and other financial reports.

The Fuel Purchases page shows all the fuel purchases entered into the TMS, with options to delete, edit, or insert more fuel purchases.

The buttons on the top right allow you to insert the fuel purchases into the TMS. You can make a list of fuel purchases with the relevant details on an excel file, and import the file directly into LoadStop by clicking on the 'Import Fuel Purchase' button. You can also view the history of all the imports by clicking on the 'Fuel Purchase Import History' button. If you have integration with EFS, you can import the fuel purchases directly from EFS by clicking on the 'Import EFS' button. The 'Create new fuel purchases' button allows you to insert a singular fuel purchase into the TMS. For external purposes, you may want to export the data from the fuel purchases page onto our computer. You can do so by clicking either on the 'Export to Excel' button on the top right or the green excel icon just above the list of fuel purchases.

When creating a new fuel purchase, you must fill the fields with an asterisk(*) so that the TMS can utilize the data intelligently to deliver improved efficiency in managing your business.

There are a bunch of filters you can apply to your list of fuel purchases. Every time you import a file of fuel purchases, it will create a batch. You can then manage them as a batch instead of individual fuel purchases. The 'Deductible' toggle applies to the owner-operators in your fleet. The successfully imported fuel purchases will be displayed under the 'Mapped' tab, whereas the failed ones will show up under the 'Unmapped' tab. The 'All' tab will show both together.
