Wondering how you can find loads and keep your freight moving? look no further than the Loadstop Load Board Module! Here you will find the loads that are populated through the load board integrations. In order to integrate head to Menu > Setup and Integrations.

This article is to help you to understand the main screen of the Load board module. It contains the explanation of the main features, tabs and icons that you see on the load board main screen.

However to have a more thorough understanding, we encourage you to go over the articles of planning and posting so that you can make use of the sourcing module in the best way possible to cater to your business needs.

The sourcing module in totality consists of planning, posting and Load board. It is crucial that you understand each component to achieve the best outcome. The information you add while creating plans and posting will be used to look for loads that reflect on your load board screen therefore all three modules are interlinked.

Now coming to the each feature of the main screen:

Tabs

The colorful tabs on the main screen are used to organize and sort your leads. Each lead would be scored based on the previously set criteria and the parameters that you had set. The higher the score the higher the chances of the lead being profitable for your business.

The load board screen can be accessed through top bar.

The "new" tab would show the newest loads for the criteria you set.

"Negotiating" tab will show all the leads that you mark as negotiating, you can sort the lead as "negotiating" by clicking on the lead and marking it as "negotiating" on the slide panel.

Similarly the booked tab would show all the leads that you marked as "booked". Again, You can mark as "booked" from the slide panel that would appear when you click on the lead.

Clicking on the green tick under the booked loads will move the load to the "confirmed" tab. As apparent in the screenshot below. This function can be performed by going under the booked tab and clicking on the green check mark sign.

In order to mark the load as "complete" you can click on the blue icon that would appear under the "confirmed" tab as illustrated in the screenshot below.

The "skip option" in red will completely remove the load from all other tabs as well as the load board. This can be done either through the lead or the slide panel.

Right next to tabs, you would have the toggle for your "committed loads". This feature is for the customers that are looking for certain committed or dedicated load matching.

Slide panel/Leads:

Now coming to the lead information, when you would click on the lead itself a slide panel would appear with all the information pertaining to that lead. The lead with the highest score would appear on top. Here is a screenshot for reference:

It gives you the pick and the delivery information as well as the contact information of the broker. Check list would appear with the total score, giving you all the information that was used to score the lead.

You can email the customer by clicking on the “messages” button.

Marking it "covered" will remove the lead temporarily until it is reposted again. You can mark the lead as booked, negotiating, skip or covered though the slide panel which would appear when you click on the lead itself.

The notes button will let you add internal notes for later reference.

At the bottom, you should be able to see your driver’s availability.

Coming to the main page, you can refresh your load board screen by clicking on the refresh button, create new lead from create new button and create truck posting if need be. The planning button would redirect you to the planning module so that you can create further plans.

The message icon is for your notifications and the bell icon would be for the alarm that you can enable or disable. Further to the left hand side you can also view your “Truck Postings” by clicking on the arrow pointing downwards. This will show you your truck postings.

The left hand side panel would open the “advance search” for you through which you can search for the loads that you are aiming for.

Lastly, if two users are logged in simultaneously and looking through the same lead, it would be highlight in yellow. This will let you know that your team mate is going through or viewing the same lead!
