Introduction

This article has all the information required to map your fuel purchases but for more information regarding other modules visit our Help Center.

Navigation

To map your fuel, go to Main Menu β†’ Financials β†’ Fuel Purchases.

Fuel Purchases

After a successful import, all the transactions are divided into different categories. LoadStop automatically maps the transactions based on the fuel card assignment by the user. These categories are represented by the colored pill tabs as shown below.

  1. All: this pill tab shows all the fuel transactions in the system

  2. Mapped: this will show mapped transactions only.

Note: the fuel card has to be assigned to a driver/vehicle for the transaction to be mapped.

  3. Unmapped: all unmapped fuel data will be consolidated here.

Note: you need to assign the fuel cards to their respective driver/vehicle for the transaction to be mapped.

  4. Terminated Truck/Driver: contains all the fuel card transactions that are assigned to a terminated truck or driver in LoadStop.

  5. Missing Loads: these are mapped transactions, but a load number is missing.

How to Map Fuel Purchases

To manually map your fuel purchase, go to the tab for unmapped and edit any of the fuel purchases. Now either assign a driver and a vehicle to the fuel purchase and "save".
