In order to map the fuel purchases it is mandatory that either the fuel purchase is assigned to a driver and vehicle or fuel card has been assigned in the driver/ vehicle’s profile. To map the fuel go to Menu> Financials> Fuel Purchases.

Once the user has imported all the fuel for a desired time period, they can always review the import and map the unmapped transactions in the system. If a fuel card is not assigned to a driver/vehicle, it will result in an unmapped transaction.

To map the transactions, assign the fuel cards to a driver/vehicle in their profile, and then click on the “Remap” button.

If you have mapped the fuel card to driver/ vehicle but it still shows unmapped fuel purchases then you need to update those specific fuel purchases. You can do so by going to Actions> Edit and adding the driver and vehicle in the fuel purchase details.
