Summary

The following new features have been added for a better customer experience:

  • Brokerage Agency/Agent Commission Model - Calculation Revision

  • Tarp Length Selection for Tarp Needed Vehicles

  • Invoice Filter in Company Driver, Owner Operator, Partner Carrier & Agency/Agent Settlement

  • Option to Remove the Rate Info From BOL

  • Carrier Bills against Local trips

  • Customer Sync in NETSUITE

  • In Transit/Complete Automation for Loads

1. Brokerage Agency/Agent Commission Model - Calculation Revision

The accessorial is only passed on to the Agency/Agent if the customer is being charged for it. Now, if an accessorial is paid by the Customer, it will be excluded from the agent/agency settlement pay. This change will only be applied to the Standard Percentage Based Commission model.


2. Tarp Length Selection for Tarp Needed Vehicles

Users will now be able to enter Tarp Length during load creation while selecting a tarp-needed vehicle type e.g. (flatbed, step-decks), This field would be referred to while adding the tarp fee as an accessorial.


3. Invoice Filter in Company Driver, Owner Operator, Partner Carrier & Agency/Agent Settlement

Users will now be able to select the Invoice Status while creating settlements for company drivers, owner operators, partner carriers, and agency/agents. This invoice status filter has been added next to the load status.


4. Option to Remove the Rate Info From BOL

Users will now be able to remove the rate from BOL. A new setting has been added in the Load section, where users can enable or disable the toggle to show the rate on BOL.

5. Carrier Bills against Local Trips

Users will now be able to create Carrier Bills for Local Trips. To do that, the Carrier Billing option has to be enabled in the settings.

6. Customer Sync in NETSUITE

Customers can now be synced in NETSUITE. It can be done manually and automatically. For manual sync, the users can click on Sync with Account in the Customers section.

In order to sync automatically, the Auto Sync Customers option would have to be enabled in the settings.

7. In Transit/Complete Automation for Loads

The dropped toggle will only show when the Trip/Load has been dispatched.

A new setting has been added for automatically updating the status of the load from ‘open’ to ‘In Transit’ after adding the load to a Trip (OTR/Local/LTL).
