Summary

The following new features have been added for a better customer experience:

  • Unassigned pills for Drivers and Vehicles

  • Name Arrangement in Alphabetical Order in “Invoiced by”

  • FleetOps - Pickup and Delivery dates in History

  • FleetOps - Trailer Selection Optional under Dispatch

  • Fleet - Vehicles/Trailers - Out of Service Reason Codes Dropdown

  • Setup - Vehicle and Trailer Reason Codes

  • FleetOps - ‘Load Number’ column in View Recommendations

  • Customer Confirmation

  • Dimensions in Stop Info

1. Unassigned pills for Drivers and Vehicles

The users should be able to view the Drivers and Vehicles that are unassigned in FleetOps.

For Unaasigned Drivers: A new pill tab in the Driver tab in Fleet Ops has been added that shows all the drivers that have no vehicle assignment in their profile.

For Unassigned Vehicles: A new pill tab in the Vehicle tab in Fleet Ops has been added that shows all the vehicles that are not assigned to any of the Drivers.


2. Name Arrangement in Alphabetical Order in “Invoiced by”

In the Invoices module, under “invoiced by” filter, the list is now alphabetically arranged.

Invoices > Pending Payment > Invoiced by


3. FleetOps - Pickup and Delivery dates in History

User are now able to view load pickup dates and delivery dates in the Units/Vehicles/Drivers/Trailers history in FleetOps.

FleetOps > Units/Vehicles/Drivers/Trailers > Actions > History


4. FleetOps - Trailer Selection Optional under Dispatch

Trailer selection is now optional under Dispatch in FleetOps. When the user is dispatching a load in FleetOps, selecting the trailer is not compulsory anymore.

FleetOps > View Recommendations > Select load > Click to Dispatch


5. Fleet - Vehicles/Trailers - Out of Service Reason Codes Dropdown

Users are now able to add Reason Codes when marking a vehicle or trailer ‘Out of Service’ and the date of availability of the Veihcle/ Trailer.

Main Menu > Fleet > Vehicles/Trailers

Users can add reason from the dropdown called Out Of Service Reason Code and also mention Availability date when marking a vehicle or trailer ‘Out of Service’.


6. Setup - Vehicle and Trailer Reason Codes

Users are now be able to create custom Out Of Service Reason Codes for vehicles and trailers.

Main Menu > Setup > Out of service codes


7. FleetOps - ‘Load Number’ column in View Recommendations

‘Load Number’ column has been added in View Recommendations under FleetOps.


8. Customer Confirmation

Users are now able to send a load confirmation document to the customer added to the load.

Dispatch > Load > Customer Confirmation

The customer confirmation will be sent via email.

Following details will be shownl in the customer confirmation:

  • Booking authority logo and Information

  • Date

  • Primary Fees

  • Load #

  • Customer Load Reference Number

  • Distance

  • Quantity

  • Commodity

  • Weight

  • Declared Value

  • Stops Info


9. Dimensions in Stop Info

Three open entry fields in the load’s stops information have been added where the user is able to add the dimensions of the pieces that are added in the stop.

Three open entry fields are:

  • Length

  • Width

  • Height

Users will only be able to add numbers in these fields and add up to 2 decimal places, while the unit of these values will be in inches.

Dispatch > Loads > Load Screen > Stops Information
