Introduction

Driver Reach is the recruiting and retention management system that helps driver recruiters convert leads, hire faster, build relationships, and be more productive.

Navigation

To integrate Driver Reach with LoadStop, go to the Main Menu, select Setup> Integrations and then choose Driver Onboarding.

Prerequisites for Integration

A driver’s profile needs to be created on LoadStop before mapping that driver from Driver Reach. The name of the driver needs to be the same on both sides (LoadStop and Driver Reach).

How to Integrate Driver Reach with LoadStop

Once you are in the Integrations module, you can go to the Driver Onboarding’s tab and click on Driver Reach where it will give an “Add” option.

After clicking on Driver Reach, the following screen will popup. Select the carrier. This is carrier-based Integration. The Integration will work for active statuses only.

Each Carrier will have a different X-Api-Key. This key is important for Driver Reach because they will create or update driver applications through webhook using these keys.

Similarly, you can perform the following actions for each carrier by going to Actions.

DriverReach Side

Create a webhook on the Driver Reach portal. End Point, X-API-Key can be found from the Load Stop Integration Screen Webhook URL, X-API-Key respectively.

This is the Webhook screen after populating the respective fields' information.

After creating the Webhook, now the Driver Reach administration can create drivers in the LoadStop. For now, there are only two statuses for drivers.

  • Hired

  • Terminated

Upload Documents on Driver Reach

For Document Mapping, we need to upload documents from the Driver Reach Portal.

Below is the Upload Document Screen. Documents can be uploaded from here.

Data Transfer

Driver details and driver documents are transferred from Driver Reach to LoadStop, only when the integration is done and the status of the driver changes from “Active Prospect” to “Hired” on Driver Reach.

The list of fields that are transferred from Driver Reach to LoadStop are:

When a driver is ‘Terminated’ on Driver Reach, its status changes to “inactive” on LoadStop. No data is transferred from LoadStop to Driver Reach. In order to update the documents of drivers after they have been synced from Driver Reach, it has to be done from LoadStop.

Map Drivers on LoadStop

Click on Map Data on the Integration screen

On clicking the map data button, the following screen will popup. These are the drivers that are not mapped with the Load Stop drivers and their status is hired.

The following drivers are mapped with the Load Stop Drivers and their status is hired

The following tab will show the Drivers list that are terminated by driver reach. These drivers’ current status will be terminated now.

You can map the LoadStop drivers with the Driver Reach by selecting a driver from the dropdown and then clicking on the save button.

You can now find that driver in the mapped LoadStop tab.

After this point, when mapping is done, documents are synced from Driver Reach to LoadStop.

Only the documents that were uploaded on Driver Reach before the status was updated to hire would be synced to LoadStop. If more documents need to be added, they will need to be uploaded from LoadStop.

Check Documents on LoadStop

Once the driver is mapped, it is now synced with the LoadStop driver. To check the documents click on the driver name.

Under the document tab you can see the Driver Reach documents that have been uploaded from the portal.

On clicking the eye icon, you can view the document as well.
