Introduction

Express Check Policies are created to assign policies to different users so that they can issue EFS or Com checks from LoadStop. We can create multiple policies and assign users to them. This article has all the information required to create a new express check policy and also on how to edit an existing one. For more information regarding other modules visit our Help Center.

Navigation

To create an express check policy, go to the Main Menu, select Setup and then Express Check Policies. This is the main page where you can create a new express check policy and view the existing ones.

Filters

In this module, we have one open search bar where we can search by the policy name or policy description. You can also see the policies that are active or not from selecting in the status filter. We also have two toggles one to see express check policies for expense and other for cash advance.

Create New Express Check Policy

To create a new express check policy, click on the create new express check policy on the top right corner of the screen.

Here you can choose the express check type for the policy, if you want it to be EFS or Comdata. You can also write the name of the policy under the name box. Also choose the status of the policy if you want it to be active or not. You can also choose if you want your users to create checks for expense or cash advance or both by turning the toggles on. There is also an extra open field to write the policy description. If you want to create an expense or cash advance check, you can also set a limit for those checks.

Edit an Express Check Policy

To make any changes to an existing policy, click on actions and then edit. Here you can make changes like remove or assign more users and change the limit.

Assign Users

Once a policy is created you can assign users to it as well. To assign a user, first edit the policy and then go to the assign users tab where you can search the user in the filter, select, and then “save”. All the users assigned to a policy will populate in the list below.
