In this article, we will discuss how to book a lead on Uber from LoadStop. To do that, we need to make sure that we are integrated with Uber. In our previous article we have already discussed the integration process.

There are two different types of load boards: the carrier plan and posting loadboard and the automated load search.

You can start by creating your Carrier plan and Posting. While creating the posting, make sure you select Uber from Loadboard Postings and click “Save”.

Then open the loadboards module from the top of the page.

Now select your Truck posting in the search bar to view its leads.

If you don’t want to create planning and posting separately then you can use the Automated Load Search.

The first step to take is creating an automated load search by adding all the relevant information. Also select Uber from Loadboard Postings and then click “Save”.

To view all the leads, you can go to the loadboard module from the top of the page. Use the blue arrow to apply additional filters and then you can view all the leads on your loadboard.

Once you’ve chosen a lead, click on it to open a page showing its detailed overview.

Here you will find all the information about the lead including the pickup date, delivery date, rate, and contact information.

You can also see the dead head miles, the weight and the type of the truck. It provides you with a detailed score of the lead to check if it is the right fit for your truck posting and also gives the options to book, skip, or mark the lead as covered. The option to negotiate is also available but since Uber doesn’t have the feature to negotiate so you can either book or skip the lead from LoadStop.

If you mark the lead as skip it will show up in the skipped tab and if you mark it as covered it will not show up again.

Once you have booked a lead on Uber from loadstop, you will not be able to cancel it from LoadStop. In order to do so, please reach out to your point of contact at Uber.
