To create a location, go to Menu, then CRM, and then click on Locations. This is the main page from where you can create new locations and view the existing locations.

Importing Locations

The users have the option to import locations in bulk by downloading the template from "Download Template", filling it with the information, and then uploading it by clicking on “Import Locations”.

Exporting Locations

You can export all the current locations to excel by clicking on "Export to Excel".

Another option to export the locations to excel is by clicking on the excel sheet next to the eye icon.

Filters

We also have some filters to search for any particular location. You can search by name of the location or the address.

Tabs

In the locations page, we have three tabs. The “Active” tab represents the locations that are currently active on LoadStop, “Inactive” represents the ones that are inactive, and “All” represents the total number of locations.

Create a New Location

Now add the name of the location, address, city, state, and zip code. All the remaining fields are not mandatory, you can skip them if you want. If you want to use the location and keep it active, then turn ON the toggle of status. In case the location is a yard location, then enable the local terminal toggle as well to mark the location as a yard. After the information has been entered, click on “save”.
