Introduction
Opportunities are created for customers and multiple activities can be created against each opportunity. This article has all the information required to create an opportunity but for more information regarding activities or other modules visit our Help Center.
Navigation
To create an opportunity, go to the Main Menu, select CRM and then Opportunities. This is the main page where you can create new opportunities and view the existing ones.
Tabs and Filters
In this module, we can see five different tabs. The "All" tab will show all the opportunities created for all the customers. All the remaining four tabs will show the opportunities based on their stages. The stage of an opportunity can be set up/edited at the time of creating the opportunity and by editing an existing opportunity.
In order to find a particular opportunity, advanced search and filter capabilities are available.

Exporting Opportunities
You can export all the current activities to excel by clicking on "Export to Excel".
Creating an Opportunity
In order to create a new opportunity, we can click on the “create new opportunity” button in the top right corner which will open a new window.
Once all the details are entered, click on the “save” button. Once an opportunity is created, you can create multiple activities against it. The opportunities created here will show up in the customer’s profile, and the opportunities created from within the customer’s profile will show up here in this module as well.

Managing the Opportunities
The opportunities created here will show up in the customer’s profile, and the opportunities created from within the customer’s profile will show up here in this module as well.
You can also view, edit and delete the activities from here by clicking on “actions”.
There are four different stages for your opportunities that are analysis, proposal, negotiation and closed.
You can select them from the opportunity detail page and each stage will be reflected in the banner above.
The opportunities can be viewed and created from the customer's profile by going to the “opportunities” tab.
