How to add Contacts on LoadStop

Introduction

These are the contacts of customers in LoadStop that you can use. This article has all the information that you need to create a contact but for more details about different modules visit our Help Center.

Navigation

Once you click on CRM from Menu, your first option would be Contacts. Here you can add the contact persons for all your customers/ brokers.

Importing Contacts

The users have the option to import contacts in bulk by downloading the template from "Download Template", filling it with the information, and then uploading it by clicking on “Import Locations”.

Exporting Contacts

You can export all the contacts to excel by clicking on "Export to Excel".

Another option to export the contacts to excel is by clicking on the excel sheet next to the eye icon.

Filters

We also have some filters to search for any particular contact.

You can search by the filter of customer, source, or phone number. You can also search by contacts that have emails added or truck capacity enabled.

Tabs

In the Contacts page, we have three tabs. The “Active” tab represents the contacts that are currently active on LoadStop, “Inactive” represents the ones that are inactive, and “All” represents the total number of contacts.

Create a New Contact

To create a new contact, click on the “Create New Contact” button on the top right corner.

Now add the name of the customer, contact person, email, and phone number. All the remaining fields are not mandatory, you can skip them if you want. If you want to use the contact and keep it active, then turn ON the status toggle. If you want to send a truck capacity email then turn ON the toggle for Send Truck Capacity. After the information has been entered, click on “Save”.
