  1. Max Haul Weight Limit

Users can now create a truck posting and automated load search without a max haul weight limit.

Main Menu > Automated Load Search > Create new Automated Load Search

Main Menu > Planning > Create new carrier plan

Moreover, the loads fetched in the loadboards now, will also be above the weight limit of 45,000 lb.

2. RMIS Integration

Users can import carriers’ data from RMIS from

Main Menu > Fleet > Carriers > External Carrier > Get Carrier Data > RMIS

On Get Carrier Data, if the carrier with the same DOT number already exists, the carrier is not replicated. Instead, the carrier details are updated through API calls.

The data from RMIS can also be kept updated by the sync button.

RMIS ID field has been added to the carrier’s profile.

The RMIS ID field in the carrier’s profile is populated through RMIS API.

Users can also see if the carrier is certified by RMIS in the carrier’s profile under the status toggle.

If the carrier is certified, it will show “Certified” in green, otherwise, it will show “Not Certified” in red. Users can also disable the status of the uncertified carriers from here.

3. BeyondGPS Integration

A new ELD integration “BeyondGPS” has beed added in the TMS.

Main Menu > Setup > Integrations > ELD Tracking

BeyondGPS can be integrated by entering the API Credentials against a managed authority carrier.

Currently, LoadStop is mapping only vehicles in this integration, drivers will be mapped in the upcoming releases.

4. Transit Time at Stop Level

Stop level transit time has been introduced in Load Templates for loads that have more than one pickup or delivery stops.

Dispatch > Loads > Create from template

When there are multiple Pickup/delivery stops then transit time can be entered at each stop. The transit time for the first stop is calculated by the days selected in the pickup schedule.

The TMS checks for the date of the selected days within the current week. For instance, in the above screenshot, Tuesday and Wednesday are selected. The date on this Tuesday was May 2, 2023. Therefore, the Pickup date of first stop will be May 2, 2023.

The transit time for the next stops is calculated by the time added in the transit time field for these stops. For instance, the transit time added for the second stop is 3 days as shown below:

The pickup date for this stop is calculated by adding the transit days to the pickup date of the previous stop and is inclusive of the date of the previous stop. Therefore, the pickup date for stop 2 is May 5, 2023.

In the same manner, transit time can be added for all other stops.

If the leg only has one pickup and one delivery then transit time will not show up at leg level.

5. Creating ExpressChecks from the Load Section

Users are now able to create ExpressChecks from the Load Accessorial tab

Dispatch > Loads > Load > Accessorial

When a user issues a check, the balances, deductions, and expenses will be shown like this:

6. GL Account# In Account Expense Setup

A GL Account# field has been added in the account expense setup.

Main Menu > Setup > Expense > Account Expenses

The GL Account# field is also added to the Excel file of exports,

7. Per Pound Unit in Accessorial

Per Pound unit has been added to the accessorial.

In order to set up the Per Pound unit for accessorial, go to

Main Menu > Setup > Accessorial > Create new accessorial

Once the setup has been done, the accessorial field will auto-populate after the selection in the loads section.

8. ETA Request for Brokered Loads

Users are now able to send ETA requests to carriers against loads that are in the Active tab and Late Tab of Loads and against which the ETA to Pickup hasn’t been received.

Dispatch > Loads > Active > Actions

When the user clicks on ETA Request, a window for sending the email pops up.

By clicking on the Send button, an email request will be sent to the External Carrier to submit the ETA for the load.

By clicking on the link in the email, a new window will open. The Carrier can submit whether the driver is at pickup or delivery and at what date and time he/she arrived there. They can also submit the Estimated Arrival Time against Pickup and Delivery.

The user needs to select either pickup event or delivery event or both and submit the status event date/time which then flows back to the milestones section in the TMS.

This information will then be shown in the milestones section of that load. It will also show the source of the ETA which is email in this case as shown below:

Other than the milestones, the ETA will be shown on the tracking screen that appears after clicking on the tracking icon from the loads screen:

Requests for multiple loads can be sent at the same time.

In the same manner, an ETA request can be sent for the late loads under the Late Loads section.

The most recent events overwrite the previous one, so if the user already received an event from an email and then the driver sends the same event from the Mobile App, then it overwrites the Email event.

9. Hourly Settlements for Drivers

A new feature called AB5 Hourly Minimum Wage Compliance has been introduced which allows the carrier to generate Driver Settlement that is in compliance with the AB5 minimum wage rules and regulations.

Users will need to go to Menu > Settings > Settlement > AB5 Policy to set up the AB5 Minimum Wage configuration.

Based On Residency State dropdown defines which drivers get paid an hourly wage based on their status of residency.

Hourly Ab5 Compliance State defines against which states the driver gets paid an hourly wage.

The user will also need to enter the amount of Hourly Wage and Rest Breaks and the driver's average miles per hour.

Once the settings have been configured, on the Settlements Module, the user will see the Enable AB5 Hourly Compliance PDF toggle button on the driver settlement.

If the toggle is turned on, the system will generate two PDF settlements against the driver. One is a regular settlement and the other one is AB5, a compliant settlement that contains driver’s Hourly Wage calculations against the selected states.

`10. Drivers’ Overlapping Schedule

The logic for the driver overlapping schedule check has been changed. The user can now choose between load level status and split level status to check for overlapping of schedule.

Main Menu > Settings > Loads

Based on load status - The TMS will check for the overlapping dates of the first pickup and last delivery of the previous load regardless of the number of splits and appointment time window. This will be the current setting for each tenant.

Based on tracking status - The TMS will check against the tracking status of the driver’s previous load and the date and appointment time window against the relevant split instead of the overall load status.

11. Rearrange stops via the drag and drop feature

Users can now rearrange the stops by using the drag-and-drop feature save them by clicking on the Save button.

The rearrange feature works for all splits and users can change the order of the stops by using the drag and drop feature.

Dispatch > Loads > Create from template > Edit load template
