Introduction
When using the LoadStop mobile app, different colors are used to indicate the dispatch status sent to the driver. This helps both the dispatcher and the driver to quickly identify the status of the dispatch information. By leveraging these color indicators, LoadStop optimizes the dispatch process, improving efficiency and enhancing the overall user experience for both dispatchers and drivers.
Decoding Dispatch Status Colors
Understanding these different colors helps streamline communication and coordination between dispatchers and drivers. It allows for efficient tracking of the dispatch status and helps ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding load assignments. Here's a breakdown of the different colors and their meanings:
Black: If the driver's name appears in black on the loads module grid, it signifies that the dispatch information has not been sent to the driver yet. This indicates that the driver is yet to receive any details about the load.
Yellow: When the driver's name appears in yellow, it indicates that the dispatch option has been sent to the driver using the βSend to Driverβ option. However, the driver has not yet accepted the dispatch information from their app. This color serves as a visual reminder that the driver needs to take action and accept the dispatch.
Green: If the driver's name appears in green, it means they have received the dispatch information on their app and have accepted it. This confirms that the driver is aware of the load details and is ready to proceed.
Red: In case the driver rejects the dispatch information, the name will appear in red. This signifies that the driver has declined the assigned load, and further action may be required to find an alternative solution.
Green Check: When a green checkmark appears next to the driver's name, it indicates that the "SMS Load info" option was used to send the load information to the driver. This serves as a visual confirmation that the driver has received the load details via SMS.
Remember to refer to these color codes when using the LoadStop mobile app to stay informed about the dispatch status of your loads.
