The following new features are added for a better customer experience:

  • Tracking logs in Multiple modules

  • Unit Assignment from both Vehicle and Trailer screen

  • Import new loads via File Upload (.xlsx or .csv)

  • Customer Field in Issue ComCheck Modal

  • Vehicle Pre Planning Feature

  • Team Drivers Validation at Dispatch

  • Rearrangement of Columns on the Main Settlements Grid

1. Tracking log in Multiple modules

“View Tracking Logs” has been added to different modules in the TMS.

  • Dispatch > Loads

  • Dispatch > Dispatch Manager

  • Dispatch > LTL Trips

  • Dispatch > Trips

  • Tracking > Real-Time Tracking Map > Tracking

  • Tracking > Real-Time Tracking Map > Shipments

2. Unit Assignment from both Vehicle and Trailer screen

Users are now able to do the Unit Assignment from the Vehicle and Trailer Profile.

Main Menu > Fleet > Vehicles/ Trailers > Unit Assignment

Unit Assignment Tab has been added in the Trailer and Vehicle Profile.

In the Vehicle’s profile, only those Drivers and Trailers are shown that are not already assigned to another Unit.

In the Trailer’s profile, only those drivers and Vehicles are shown that are not already assigned to another Unit.

3. Import new loads via File Upload (.xlsx or .csv)

Users can now import loads in the TMS via spreadsheet template. Max Stops.

Dispatch > Loads > Import Loads

In order to import loads, the users will have to download the template for import, by clicking on “Download Template for Import”.

After the template has been downloaded, the user would have to enter all the fields that are mandatory while creating the load in the TMS as shown below:

In the “Customer ID” field, the users would have to enter the Customer ID from their profile under CRM.

Main Menu > CRM > Customers > Customer Profile

For the location of the stops, users can either enter the complete address or Location Code. The location code can be entered in the location’s section under CRM.

Main Menu > CRM > Locations

Once all the mandatory fields are filled in the template, the users can import the CSV file.

In order to view the imported loads, the user will have to enter the batch number and search for those loads.

The loads will then populate in the TMS. The users can view the load import history as well.

In order to add multiple locations stops in the template (for example multiple pickups or multiple deliveries), the users would manually have to add those columns for the additional location stops in the template.

Additional Pickup Stops will be added after the columns for Stop 1. The users would have to rename the columns for each location based on their sequence.

This is a one time process. Once the template is created for multiple locations stops, users can save the template and import it in the TMS.

Users can add a maximum of 5 stops.

4. Customer Field in Issue ComCheck Modal

A Customer dropdown has been added to the Issue Comcheck Modal.

Main Menu > Financial > Issue Comcheck > Issue new Comcheck

The list of all the active customers is shown in the dropdown. The TMS will automatically fetch the customer based on the selected load.

The Customer Column has also been added in the Issue Comcheck Grid.

5. Vehicle Pre Planning Feature

Users can now assign a vehicle to a load for planning purposes as the driver availability is determined later.

Dispatch > Loads > All/ Tendered/ Need Driver

A new pill has been added in the load section called “Need Driver”. Moreover, a new column called “Pre Plan” has been added.

A link is displayed in the Pre Plan column that allows the user to assign a vehicle to the load, in case of multiple splits, multiple links are displayed against the load.

Once a vehicle is assigned in the Pre Plan column the load will move to the Need Driver tab. Users can then dispatch/ broker the load in the Need driver tab. The pre-planned vehicle will already be displayed there. The users can click on it in order to select it for dispatch or choose another vehicle if they want to.

If the dispatch information is deleted from the load, the pre-plan vehicle information will also be automatically deleted and the load will move back to the tendered tab.

6. Team Drivers Validation at Dispatch

Users can now perform Vehicle-based dispatch for team drivers.

When the "Team" flag is ON and the user wants to move the Load to the "Active" tab by performing the following actions against a Dispatched/ Brokered Load:

  • Send to Driver

  • SMS Load Info

  • Email Driver Sheet

  • Mark as Dispatch

Then Primary and Secondary both Drivers are configured in Dispatch. In case, the Secondary Driver is not configured, and "Team" flag is ON and the user is performing the above-mentioned actions then the system shows an alert on the screen.

7. Rearrangement of columns on the Main Settlements Grid

Settlements > Settlement Management

In this update, we've refined the arrangement of the settlement management grid to better cater to user requirements. The layout has been optimized to streamline usability. The new configuration of the grid includes key information in a logical sequence as it can be seen in the GIF below:

To further enhance usability, the left-hand section of the grid is collapsible, providing users with maximum visibility and flexibility while working with the grid.

This improvement ensures that essential information is conveniently presented, and the collapsible section minimizes clutter, making interaction with the settlement management grid more efficient and user-friendly.
