Summary

The following new features are added for a better customer experience:

  • Synchronize Paid Bills from QuickBooks to LoadStop

  • Location Notes on the Load

  • Samsara API Endpoint Update for Precise Mileage Information

  • Fuel Purchase Template Download

1. Synchronize Paid Bills from QuickBooks to LoadStop

When a bill is marked as paid in QB, it will automatically be marked in LoadStop as well.

When a user marks a bill as paid in Quickbooks, the system checks if the bill was synchronized from LoadStop i.e. if the bill id exists in LoadStop. If yes, then the isPaid/Stl toggle is turned on, against the relevant bill in LoadStop.

QB sync logs have been added in the section of the settlements as well. These logs display what action has been performed and the amount that was added against the bill.

Settlements > Settlement History > QB Sync Logs

2. Location Notes on the Load

Users can now see the notes that they put on locations in CRM in the load section when creating/dispatching a load.

Main Menu > CRM > Locations > Edit Location> Notes

The notes added in the location will be shown under the load’s stops information, edit screen for location, Driver Sheet, Load Confirmation, and E-rate Confirmation as shown below respectively.

Dispatch > Loads > Load information

3. Samsara API Endpoint Update for Precise Mileage Information

Samsara API Endpoint has been changed to eliminate the distance discrepancy in the IFTA report. A newer version of the Samsara endpoint for IFTA has been implemented.

4. Fuel Purchase Template Download

New templates for fuel purchase transactions have been added to the fuel purchase imports. The users can now download sample templates according to their fuel card vendors to find out the acceptable file format against each vendor.

This is applicable to manual Fuel Purchase import only.

Main Menu > Financial > Fuel Purchases > Import Fuel Purchase
