  • FleetHunt ELD Integration

  • Settlement Year-to-Date Summary on PDF

  • FleetOps - Trailer Report Status Relabelling

1. Master Invoice Download PDF from UI

The users can now download the Master Invoice generated by the system from the UI.

First, they need to click on the Export Invoice button in the Ready to Send or Pending Payment tab.

Enter the Master Invoice number in the pop-up and click Download PDF.

The system will run a back-end job to generate the PDF and the user can see the status in the Export Invoice Logs.

Once the PDF is ready the user can click Actions > Download to download the PDF.

2. FleetHunt ELD Integration

We are now integrated with the FleetHunt ELD. The users can track their Vehicles, trailers, and Shipments based on the tracking information we receive from FleetHunt.

We also receive HOS information that can be viewed in the Fleet > Drivers section.

3. Settlement Year-to-Date Summary on PDF

New configurable have been added in the Global Settings under Settlement that lets the user select whether to allow the Year-to-Date summary to be displayed on the Settlement PDF or not. Each payable type will have its own separate configurable.

4. FleetOps - Trailer Report Status Relabelling

The status labels and the relevant pill tabs on the FleetOps trailer reports have been changed to convey a better understanding and help the user plan the upcoming loads.

The status is dependent on the below conditions:

  1. The date of delivery of the load the trailer is assigned.

  2. Today’s date (Current Date)

  3. The type of delivery i.e. Live Unload or Trailer Drop.

  4. Whether the trailer is being dropped at the Consignee Location, picked up from the Yard, or dropped at the yard.

If it is a Live Unload and the delivery date is a future date then the status will be Dispatched.

If the Trailer is scheduled to be dropped at the Consignee (Delivery Location) and the delivery date is a future date then the status will be Dispatched (Planned Drop).

If it is a Live Unload and the delivery date is today or has been passed then the status will be Empty.

If the Trailer is scheduled to be dropped at the Consignee (Delivery Location) and the delivery date is today or has been passed then the status will be Dropped.

If no delivery date is available to compare with the current date then the status will be Available. For example, In case a new Trailer is added to the TMS.
