1. Automation for Drop/Hook Trailer Delivery Types in Split Load

When creating a split from a delivery Stop, if the Stop Type is Drop Trailer at Delivery then the system will automatically select Hook Trailer for that split’s Pickup Location.

These changes will also impact the dispatch screen. If it’s a Hook Trailer on the leg being dispatched then the system will automatically populate the trailer from the previous split to the current split (the split being dispatched).

2. Carrier Onboarding - HighWay Integration

We are now integrated with the Highway carrier onboarding Platform.

The users will need to request an API key to set up the integration.

Once set up, we will automatically bring in the carriers that are completely onboarded on the Highway portal and pass the assessment test. The users will see Highway Logo and Highway ID in the carrier’s profile if they are synchronized with Highway.

For the carriers that are marked to Do not dispatch or did not pass the assessment test due to some compliance issues, those carriers will be deactivated in the TMS automatically unless the user goes to the Highway portal to activate those carriers manually. The users can see the Highway Carrier Status under the status toggle.

The carriers that pass the Highway assessment be automatically activated in TMS. While those that fail the Highway assessment will be automatically deactivated in the TMS.

The sync job will run every 5 minutes so any change made on the Highway portal should reflect in the TMS within 5 minutes.

3. Enhanced QuickBooks Desktop Integration

We have enhanced our Quickbooks integration to include full API automation. Both AR and AP will now be available as part of this API update and users can eliminate the upload requirement for sync process.

The user will need to upload the Chart of Accounts file while setting up the integration.

  • The invoices, Settlements, and Expenses will be synchronized with QuickBooks Desktop.

  • The users can synchronize their invoices/settlements/expenses manually as well as automatically depending on the settings.

  • All the open invoices will synchronize over to the QuickBooks Desktop and once a user enters payment against an invoice in QBD that transaction will flow back into the TMS.

QBD allows integration of both 1099 and W2 Drivers. The W2 Settlement synchronization is under development and we will update you once it is available.
