1. Accessorial Types with active data cannot be deleted

When attempting to delete an accessorial type from Setup > Accessorial a pop-up message will appear stating: “The accessorial type cannot be deleted as it contains accessorial data in the Loads Module. If you don’t want to use it, set the toggle off”.

Since accessorial types are being used and referenced on the Loads Module users can not be allowed to delete them from the TMS. Instead, they can disable the status of an accessorial type so a new accessorial can not be created under a disabled accessorial type.

2. Setting for Recipients of Confirmation Email after Carrier e-Rate Confirmation Acknowledgment

The users can now choose to receive the acknowledgment of the e-Rate Confirmation on the same email address that was used to send the eRate Confirmation or a different email address.

Go to the "Settings > load Confirmation" and choose the relevant option against Confirmation Email after Carrier Acknowledgement.

Sender Email - use the same email address to receive the confirmation acknowledgment email as was used to send the e-Rate Confirmation.

Enter Receiver’s Email - Use a different email to receive a confirmation acknowledgment email or e-Rate Confirmation.

3. Enhancements to Temperature Display and its Color Coding in Load Details

Temperature Column

A new column in the Loads module called Temperature has been added in the Grid that allows users to see the set point temperature, the sensor temperature, and when was the sensor temperature last updated from the ELD.

The set point temperature is defined on the Stop Level and the Sensor Temperature values come from the ELD.

Temperature Threshold

The users can also define the Warning threshold for temperature deviation by going to the Menu > Settings > Loads > Temperature Tracking

If the temperature deviates out of the defined threshold then the Vaues in the Temperature column will be shown yellow to warn the users that the temperature is deviating from the set point.

The users can also define the threshold for generating Alerts by going to the Tracking portal under Menu > Setup > Tracking Settings.

If the temperature deviates from the defined threshold then the system will generate an alert and send it to the user defined in the Shipment Workflows.

The Temperature values will be shown in red in the temperature column in case a temperature deviation alert was generated against a load.

In case no data is being received from ELD then the values will be shown in Gray.

Temperature Workflow

Note that for the alert to be sent via email/SMS the user/admin needs to make sure that the Shipment Workflow for Temperature Deviation is enabled in the Tracking Settings under Workflows.

The temperature deviation warning and alert will only work if the Trailers have been integrated and mapped with the TMS.

4. Synchronization of Location Noted between tenants

When Tenant A syncs a load to Tenant B, the Location Notes from Tenant A will now be transferred as Location Instructions to Tenant B. This enhancement ensures that critical location-related details are accurately conveyed and consistently managed across tenant systems.

5. Agents/Agency permission to access the location list

A new permission called Location List has been added in the Agent/Agency Profile that allows the admin users to grant or revoke the Agent/Agency access to the CRM > Locations section.

The Ageny/Agency can still search and select location on the Load Module to create a load even if they don’t have access to the CRM > Locations.

6. Reefer Mode Details added to Driver Load Information Sheet

The reefer mode information will now be displayed on the Driver Load Information Sheet along with the temperature details.

7. Denim Brokerage Factoring Integration

We are now integrated with Denim Brokerage Factoring. This is a two-way integration which means the users can upload AR and AP invoices and related paperwork from LoadStop and also receive payment transactions against those invoices from the Denim.
