Receiving a broker submission

How you know you have received a submission; and how to view it

When a broker finalises an application in your Loanapp, and presses submit, you will receive an email notification.

The broker will actually make 2 submissions:

  1. submit the application data itself (you will get an email notification)

  2. submit their supporting documents

How do I access and view the application?

Because you are the owner of your Loanapp, you have visibility of submitted apps with your login. To see the broker's submission, login to Loanapp and go to Received Apps. The broker's submission will be visible in your dashboard, in the In Progress section:

If you double-click on the broker's submission in the dashboard, the application itself will open. Because you are the lender, you get a 'view only' mode of the application - you cannot change any of the data, as it is a permanent record of the broker's submission to you.

The dashboard tells you what %age of the supporting documents have been completed by your broker too.

If your broker has submitted all the supporting docs your app requires, the "checklist progress" column will be green Submitted.

If you broker is still working on the supporting docs and has not finalised them, you will be able to see the %age they have completed:

Note that you can go into the app's supporting docs to view the work your broker has done too, by highlighting the app you want (click on once) and clicking "supporting docs" in the ribbon:

How do I download the application information?

You can download the application and supporting docs by clicking once on the app (it will then be highlighted) you want to download; and then clicking "download files":

When you click on Download Files, a popup will appear and you can download the relevant files that you want:
