Overview
Loanapp offers a great functionality of emailing all Application and Print Forms and the Checklist from within Loanapp - saving you time and effort. Follow the below steps to learn more about this.
Step 1:
You'll need to ensure you've submitted your application as this will automatically enable the emailing functionality. A submitted application will display a message in Yellow advising you that the application is now open in View Mode meaning no further changes are allowed.
Step 2:
Click on File, up in the left-hand corner.
You'll find a few tabs here, where the email functionality is made available. These include:
Summary - which consists of the Application Summary, Assets and Liabilities, Income and Expenses, and Funds Position. This information is presented in an easy-to-understand, visual display of graphs, allowing you to quickly and easily check all the information entered in application.
Serviceability - which consists of the Summary, LVR, NSR and MBC.
Checklist - a list of all requirements set by the lender, and is always scenario-specific
Print Forms - which consists all the documents that need to be signed prior to submission. Such as customer's privacy declarations or verification of identity etc.
Step 3:
Whichever of the above four options you decide to click on, you'll notice an Email button on screen.
To email, click on the email button, select the file(s) you want to attach (if more than one file, use CTRL+SELECT), enter the client's email address, a subject and description and click send. It's that easy!
You can even send a copy of that email to yourself by selecting "Send copy to myself" at the bottom left of the pop-up window.
