As part of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCPA) which sets out Responsible Lending obligations, Lenders now require you to make certain inquiries of the customer on behalf of the Lender.
This will be a series of questions relating to their requirements and objectives, and will be used by the Lender as part of its assessment of the customer's application.
As a broker, you have your own obligations under the legislation to make inquiries and conduct a preliminary assessment of the customer's application.
Good news! - we have made this easy for you, by incorporating the Interview Guide into your Loanapp application.
The Interview Guide can be found on under the Needs Analysis tab as show below.

Work your way through each screen, ensuring that you complete all Mandatory fields (indicated by the red borders).
Once completed, you will find the Interview Guide within the print forms under the FILE tab.
Click on the FILE tab as per image below.
Then click on Print Forms to view and download the ANZ Broker Application form.
You will find that the Broker Interview Guide section starts on page 2. It will be populated with all of the data entered in the relevant sections of the application, including the data from the Needs Analaysis tab.
