Tip: Loanapp functions best in Chrome or Firefox so try to be using these browsers when using myCRM (rather than Internet Explorer)

Step 1:

Login to myCRM and create a new loan application (or open an existing application)

Step 2:

At the bottom of the myCRM Loan application section, is the Loan Submission section. Click on "Submit to Lender":

Step 3:

Click on Submit to Lender. The screen will expand to show you options for how to submit your application to the lender. When BNZ is the lender you are submitting to, one of the Submission Methods will be  "Simpology". Click on this icon and the method will be ticked; and another button "Submit to Simpology" will become available:

Click on "Submit to Simpology". myCRM will compile the application for a few seconds, then you will get a new popup that says 'Looks Good!':

Click "Submit Application":

You will get a new popup that says "application sent successfully". This means that the application data has successfully been sent to Loanapp, which is now ready to open. Click "Okay, Got it":

Your BNZ application will be transferred across from myCRM to a new Loanapp record, which will open in a new window:
Note: if a new window does not start opening, you may have to "allow popups".

When Loanapp has opened, you can navigate through the pages and will see that the data you had entered into myCRM has been transferred to Loanapp:

Complete the application in Loanapp and submit to BNZ. For an article that takes you through the Loanapp functionality and submit process, click here.

NOTE: you may want to re-open an existing Loanapp application from myCRM at a later date. If this is the case, find your applicant/application in myCRM as per Step 1-3.

This time, when you open the 'submit to lender' section you will note a different set of buttons:

Be careful which one you pick.

  • Overwrite in Simpology will start the application again from scratch. Only data in the mycrm application will be inserted back into Loanapp.

  • View this application in Simpology will open the Loanapp record where you left off last time. ie it will have the original data/supporting docs from mycrm plus any new data/supporting docs you have added to the application.

If you are continuing work on your submission, its most likely you will want to use the View this application in Simpology button.
