Overview

The Serviceability section of Loanapp provides lender-set, built in serviceability rules which are automatically pre-filled with data from the application, allowing the loan writer to quickly verify and understand the application suitability.

The Serviceability calculation metrics include important indicators such as LVR (Loan to Value Ratio), SI (serviceability Indicator), Household living expenses, income tax scales, and much more.

Step by Step Instructions

Important Note: For Serviceability to display properly, it is assumed that the application has been completed properly with all relevant information and has successfully passed the Validation and Pre-Submission checks.

Step 1

From within an application, go to File.

Step 2

You will note that Serviceability and Summary are both locked. This is because you need to perform a validation check before generating serviceability. Click Serviceability:

And Loanapp will perform a quick pre-submission check to ensure you have completed all the required data in the application:

If you have any outstanding items, this check will tell you what is missing and you will need to go back into the application to complete.
If all is complete, you will get green completions for each section (ignore lender docs for now)

Close this screen, and you will note Serviceability and Summary is now unlocked.  When you click on serviceability, you will now generate your serviceability reports which include a Summary:

The LVR:
