Overview

The integration between the two systems is designed to transfer all data in FLEX across to Loanapp when you launch an application, and in-turn also transfer the data you complete in Loanapp back into FLEX.

1. Data transfer when you open Loanapp

The FLEX and Loanapp teams have worked together extensively to ensure that all the data you have entered into FLEX transfers across to Loanapp when you launch an application.

When you are in Loanapp, you can identify missing and mandatory data that the lender requires by following the Red validation bells and Red fields.

2. Adding Data in Loanapp and then closing - what happens?

When you are in Loanapp, you can continue entering your application and adding additional data to those that came across from FLEX. It doesn't matter how much more you add - you can close down Loanapp whenever you want using the "Save and Close" button in the top right corner. And when you do, all the data you have added in Loanapp will be transferred back to FLEX.

N.B: There is a layer of FLEX validation logic that Loanapp must pass in order to successfully save your data back into FLEX. Therefore, when you attempt to close Loanapp, you might get a new validation message letting you know that you need to complete more data in Loanapp in order to successfully close and save back to FLEX.

Let's say you launch Loanapp from FLEX, and decide to add a new credit card to the application while in Loanapp. As you can see in the below picture, the credit card was added, but not all details on the Loanapp credit card page were completed:

When you click "Save and Close" in the top right corner to close down, Loanapp will identify that there is data missing that will cause the save back to FLEX to fail:

If you click on this message, you will be taken to a validation screen which will list everything that needs to be completed in order to successfully save back to FLEX. (N.B: The list might have fields from a number of different pages in Loanapp).

You can click on any of the items in this list to be taken directly to the relevant field in Loanapp for easy completion. When you've completed all the FLEX validation requirements, you will be able to successfully close by clicking "Save and Close".

3. When you get back into FLEX

You will see the data you have entered in Loanapp has transferred back to the appropriate section of FLEX:
