You may need to clear your cache and check third party cookies

Overview 

Brokers often report an error whilst trying to log into Loanapp. In most cases, this error is related to your cache or cookies. In this example we will be guiding you through the steps taken in Chrome browser, as Loanapp performs best in Chrome.

A) Clear Your Cache: 

  1. On your keyboard, press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE

  2. Choose a time range, like last hour or all time.

  3. Select the types of information you want to remove.

  4. Click Clear Data.

B) Turn Off Third-Party Cookies:

  1. Check your cookie settings through this URL (copy & paste): chrome://settings/content/cookies

  2. Ensure that Block third-party cookies is off, like so: 

If you're using Incognito Mode:

Please ensure you disable block 3rd party cookies in the new window as this is automatically enabled by Chrome:

Loanapp also works on Firefox!

If you're using Firefox to log into Loanapp, please ensure that you turn Advanced Tracking Protection off for the Loanapp site itself.

To turn this off, click on the small shield icon in the URL bar:

Once you click on the shield, you'll have a small box appear where you can turn Advanced Tracking Protection off:

This option MUST be turned off to allow Loanapp to work in Firefox.

If this still does not work for Firefox, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the three lines in the top right of the browser

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Privacy & Security

  4. Click on Manage Exceptions...

This will bring up a box to manage sites to turn this option off for.

Once entered, save your changes, close & reopen your browser and Loanapp should work on Firefox.

Loanapp also works on Edge!

If you're having trouble logging into Loanapp using Edge, please visit your browser settings by clicking on the "..." in the top right.

Once in your settings, click on "Cooking and site permissions" in the left-hand panel.

Ensure that Cookies are allowed and third party cookie blocking is turned off:
