New Purchases are all new security properties that are being acquired in this loan application.

To enter details about the property you are going to purchase, click on the New Requirements tab.

The New Property Purchase Menu icon should now be highlighted.

Click on Add Property Purchase and select Residential real estate property. 

You will be taken to the New Property Page.

Notice the Page menu has expanded with the selection of Residential, Property Address.

Tool Tip

You can always hover over a field name to read a Tool Tip, this may assist you with the data entry of that particular field.

There is an Address popup field on this page (refer to Step 4).

Fields with red boxes are mandatory field. Notice the messages dropdown menu located at the top right hand corner of the page.

If you click on one of these messages, it will take you to the respective field for completion.

Clicking on the + icon of the address field will trigger a popup window to open, use the search engine to type in the address. Once selected, Loanapp calls out to Google for a search on the property which allows for a verification of a correct address input. 

You have successfully completed this page when there are zero Messages and there is a green "thumbs up" in the Page menu against the page.

Proceed to the Property Details section by clicking on Property Details in the Page menu.

You will be taken to the Property Details page.

Complete all required information.

At this stage, you may wish to add another property.

Do this by clicking on New Property in the Page menu.

You can see the property that you already successfully added in the New PropertiesList.

You can delete properties from this screen view by clicking the trash can.
