You can now download a copy of your conversation with the Loanapp Help Desk team. Here's how:
Click on the chat person's name at the top of the chat box. This will enlarge the chat person's profile.
2. Click on the Download symbol in the top right hand corner
3. A copy of your application will download and when opened will look like this:
