If your ANZ AO/SAO number in Loanapp is incorrect and you try to submit the application will be rejected by ANZ.

This article will show you where to locate your AO and SAO number. If they are incorrect please note that you will not be able to change them. Please let us know the correct details so we can change them for you. We can then submit the application on your behalf, with your permission.

You can find the SAO under the Precursor in the Sales Channel then the Loan Writer section:

You can find the  AO number under the Precursor in the Sales Channel then the Aggregator section:

If they are incorrect, we can change them for you in Loanapp; and give you instructions how to change them in your CRM.
