When the HEM Expenses are below the minimum for Advantedge an explanation is required.

The question "Provide detailed commentary to explain why the Living Expense value is below HEM referencing the additional sources of information used", which used to be located under the 'household' section will now be seen at the submission screen, if it is required to be answered for your application.

Moving it to the Submission screen means your application will be Validated giving us the ability to reference your declared expenses against the lender HEM and will only ask this question when required. 

When you submit your application the following box will appear and you will need to add your supporting commentary.
