The E-Sign workflow is the preferred workflow for Planlend applications, but if any parties to the application do not want to use E-Sign, you can still sign the Application Forms Manually using the following process.

To nominate that you want to use the traditional wet-signature method, please got to the Summary Tab and select NO to the consent question:

Go to the FILE TAB:

Click on Print Forms. You will note that all your Print Forms are 'not generated'.

If you want to have quick look at any of the forms to check the data on them, use the down arrow on any of the forms to "View HTML". This is a quick way of checking the forms without having to validate the data on them (which takes a little longer):

When reviewing the HTML preview, if you notice some data that needs changing, please go back into the application and change it. If you are OK to proceed, close the preview and generate the forms individually, or by clicking Generate All:

Loanapp will do a quick validation and serviceability check:

And then Loanapp will start generating all your Forms:

Each generated Form will appear in a new browser tab as they generate:

When all the Print Forms are generated, you can Download the Forms to save and then get to your applicants for signing:

Or email the forms directly to your Applicants from within Loanapp:

If you choose to send via email, you will be prompted to add the applicant's email address/s, add a message and select forms to attach:

When sent, you will see a "email sent" success message in the top right corner:

Once you have generated, saved and or sent your Application Forms, proceed through the normal submit process.
You will need to re-upload the signed App Forms when they are signed, and attach to Supporting Documents in the normal manner.
