Some brokers are experiencing this message saying "This Mobile Number/email is already used by a Related Person".
This is caused when the same mobile number and/or email address is used by more than one person and typically occurs by accident, when spouses are not correctly linked in CRM systems which causes a double up in Loanapp.
To resolve, we've found these steps to be the quickest solution.
If you click on the drop-down box of the Spouse Field, you'll see the list of all Borrowers and Related Persons.
2. Select the Related Person you believe to contain the mobile/email that is causing the error. You can tell who's a Related Person by the 3 person icon
3. Once the Related Person is selected, click on the Pencil Icon to Edit
4. Once the Related Person opens, you can Delete the Related Person
