Advantedge has made 2 significant changes to help simplify your short form. Please review the below.

1. Fixed Rate Form Update

From 27th July, details of fixed rate loans will automatically appear on the Short Form for customers to acknowledge and sign at once with Privacy/Consents.

Brokers will no longer need to submit the Fixed Rate Authority form to Supporting Documents.

For fixed rate loan applications submitted before 27th July, the Fixed Rate Authority Form will still need to be completed and submitted, otherwise the application will not be accepted.

For fixed rate loan applications started before 27th July but submitted after 27th July, brokers will need to ensure that the Short Form contains the fixed rate loan details and customer acknowledgement, otherwise the application will not be accepted

In Loanapp, when you add a Fixed Rate Lock product, the sections highlighted below will be added to the Short Form

2. Sections Removed from the Advantedge Short Form

As part of the Short Form simplification, Advantedge has removed the below sections for the Short Form
