Save & Close Loanapp
(IMPORTANT : DO NOT Press X to close the window, always use Save & Close)

Once back in FLEX you may need to refresh page to have it unlocked

Add an Employment History with Type = Unemployed and any other FLEX required data

Reopen Loanapp and it will appear
