To reopen your existing Loanapp application from Mortgage Choice CRM, go to the Apply tab and click on 'View LoanApp Application'.
This will open up the Loanapp application where you last saved it and you can continue with your application.

IMPORTANT : If you click on UPDATE APPLICATION, it will resend your Mortgage Choice CRM data and overwrite any work that you have completed in Loanapp. This will make it seem like you've restarted your application.
