Step 1
To make change to your Guidebook, you can use the Change Request button which is available on each screen.
Examples of Change Requests could be:
changing the rules on a field
hiding a field
removing an enumeration
Note: only Users with 'DEV' access can see this button.
Step 2
Clicking the Change Request button opens the Change Request details box as well as the Toolbox.
Step 3
You can then complete the Change Request details box and use the Toolbox to mark up your screen and/or type up a message.
(A screen shot of your markup will automatically be generated and sent to the Help Desk team when you click Submit).
Step 4
When you have entered all the details of the change request, you can nominate "who should be notified". If you select a person (or people) in this list, they will be sent emails every time anyone adds a comment to this request, or actions the requirement. They can also easily make comments themselves.
(NOTE, you do not need to nominate anyone at Simpology, as Simpology staff are automatically included.
Step 5
Once you click on Submit, you will see this message of success.
Step 5
Your request will be reviewed/actioned and you will be emailed with its progress.
