Pre-populated Print Forms with your application data

Overview

After completion of your application, Loanapp generates version controlled Lender Print Forms that need to be completed and submitted to support the loan application.

Lenders have rules in Loanapp to make sure that you get all the right Print Forms for each application. 

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Once you've completed the input of information or after submitting the loan, open it up and go to the FILE tab:

Select Print Forms from the menu on the left.

Here, you will see all the Print Forms required by this lender for your specific loan scenario:

Step 3

Click on each of the print forms in the list to view them:

Here we click on "Application Package":

The information you have entered into Loanapp is pre-populated into the Print Form.

If we click on the next Print Form in the list, "Annexure A - Customer Identification" you can see that the applicant name has been auto populated into the form.

Additional Functionality

Email Print Forms
There is lots of functionality for you to manage Print Forms.

You can email print forms directly from Loanapp by clicking the "Email" icon:

You will be presented with an email window already branded with your details. You can easily select your customers' email, or add new email addresses, write a message, and then select the forms you would like to attach:

Download and save Print Forms
You can download and save your print forms by clicking the download icon:

Print your forms
You can print your Print Forms by clicking the Print icon:
