Overview

Not Employed income includes:

 - Private Pension
 - Superannuation
 - Unemployed Benefits
 - Other Income

Learn how to enter these details for your Applicant who is either a Student, Retiree, performing Home Duties or on Benefits.

There are three Status options of Not Employed:

Primary Employment – If the Applicant is predominantly not employed or not working.

There can only be one Primary Employment entry per Applicant.

Secondary Employment – used to capture Not Employed income such as Pensions or Superannuation that are received in addition to the Applicant's Primary Employment income.

There can be multiple entries of Secondary Employment per Applicant

Previous Employment – Previous Employment is used to capture an Applicant's Employment history. A lender will need to understand if the Applicant was previously Not Employed (even if they are now employed).
