Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1

To add a Trust Applicant, click on the Current Situation tab.

The Trust Applicants menu icon should be highlighted.

Step 2

Click on Add Trust Applicant. Now you are offered the fields which require completion for a Trust Applicant.

You will be asked to enter the Trustees and Beneficiaries. There are other articles that specifically run through how to do this.

Important Note: fields in red are mandatory fields and must be completed.

Step 3

Complete all the mandatory fields of the Trust Applicant.

You can ensure that all information is entered when the number of Messages is zero and there is a 'thumbs up' symbol.

Step 4

You are now required to complete the Contact Details for the Trust Applicant. 

Further information is captured on the additional pages, outlined in the page menu on the left hand side of the screen

Step 5

The financial details of the Trust Applicant are now required.

Real Time Messages

Notice the Messages dropdown menu located at the top right hand corner of the page.

If you click on this, you will be presented with a list of fields that are mandatory and are not yet completed.

If you click on one of these messages, it will take you to the respective field for completion.

Step 6

You have now successfully added the details for a Trust Applicant, as indicated by the 'thumbs up' to the right of all the Trust Applicant section.
