Where the Highlighter Serviceability Calc is used by our mortgage manager partners, we have integrated the Calc into Loanapp for an easy, integrated use.

Serviceability can be found in the FILE tab:

Click on Serviceability, and Loanapp will do a quick validation of the loan application data:

And then you will be able to launch the Highlighter Calc. Click "Open Highlighter":

The Highlighter Calc will take a moment to open (Loanapp will be populating it with your application data). When it opens (on a new tab), you can review the data and make any changes that you want to:

If you are happy with the data in the calc, you can proceed to the final page to view serviceability:

You can SAVE the calculator:

And also Email to yourself:

When you close the calc down, and go back to Loanapp, you will see that the Calculation in 'in progress'. If you are satisfied with the Calc outcome, you can

complete serviceability:

This will change the status to completed:

REDO serviceability

You can create a new serviceability calc at any time by clicking "Create New Session" and following the same steps.

Re-Opening an incomplete session

If you have started a Highlighter session, and not set it as Complete, you can re-open an in progress session by:

  1. Using the data in Loanapp. This will mean that whatever data that you left in Highlighter will be over-written with the current Loanapp data, and should select Reopen with latest Appforms data. You will want to use this if you have changed the data in Loanapp since your original Highlighter session.

  1. Use the data that you left in Highlighter. You might not want to over-write the Highlighter data - in this case select Reopen with existing data:
