Completing a submission checklist with mandatory supporting documents

Mandatory Supporting Documents

A lender may a have requirement for certain items within the supporting document checklist that an exception cannot be created for. For these items, attaching a supporting document will be mandatory.

These mandatory checklist items can be easily identified in the supporting documents screen by the yellow highlight per the below image:

Additionally, an information icon will be displayed within the checklist item which will display the following message when hovered over:

The lender does not allow exceptions for this checklist requirement. The mandatory document/s listed must be provided.

After attaching a document to the mandatory checklist item, the item's file count will change color from red to green and the yellow bar will disappear.

Note below that mandatory PAYG - Primary, Full Time document has been satisfied and the yellow bar no longer shows. The Self Employed - Secondary, Full Time documents remain.

At this point, you will be able to proceed with satisfying any remaining checklist items and sending the documents to the lender.


Attempting to submit an application with unsatisfied mandatory documents

Attempting to submit the applications support documents when a mandatory checklist item has not been satisfied will display the below error:

The checklist is not 100% completed.

You are not able to submit your Documents to the Lender until you have at least satisfied all the Yellow Task List items.
