The Athena Loanapp workflow has a number of digital services that are used to help you complete the application and to verify your applicant data. Before using any of these services, we need to get your applicants' consent to use these services.

In the Loanapp User Interface, when you have completed your applicant's contact details and move on to the Financial Position, Loanapp will present you with a popup to trigger the Consent. This popup will allow you to double check your applicant/s phone and email that will be used in all the digital services:

Your Applicants' Experience

They will receive an email asking them to login to review the request:

The Applicant will 'click here' and be taken to a screen to finalise their credentials by adding a password. (Their username will always be their email):

Once set, they will then be taken to the Consent page, which will ask them to consent to the Athena assessment. Note that the message will refer to you, the broker as well. The applicant is able to click through to further information such as Athena Privacy. The applicant will need to tick "I, (applicant name) consent"; and also click "Get Code":

The applicant will then receive another email which will have their consent security code on it:

The applicant will need to enter this code on the Consent screen, and press Consent:

When your applicant/s consent, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know they have completed their consent. Note that Athena will also receive this consent confirmation:

The consumer will not have to do anything more with the consent. Their next step will be an SMS for the Digital VOI check.
