Omni is a secure, closed loop communication and workflow solution that allows you to receive and respond to Lender's Missing Information Requests (MIRs) after you submitted an application and all supporting documents.

Lenders use Omni to manage their assessment workflow, sending MIRs to brokers via Omni instead of via email.

MIRs are sent to Brokers in the form of an Action item, for which an email notification is received. This email notification will alert you, the Broker that a Lender has sent a MIR and ask you to log into Omni to respond.

Once logged into Omni, you will be able to see all tasks waiting on you and respond to the Lender.
