Info Request is a brandable broker tool for use in Loanapp while building a loan application. It allows for secure Information and Supporting Documents requests to be sent directly to applicants.

Applicants can then reply directly back to the broker and depending on the type of requst - information or supporting documents - the broker can accept the response and include in Supporting Documents

As an applicant, Info request allows a quick response from a mobile device as well as the ability to nominate another person on the loan to provide the information (such as a spouse).
