A Lender may invite you to submit applications online using Loanapp.
This article shows you the process to set up your account and get started.
Step 1
You will receive an email from the Lender, inviting to you submit applications online to them.
Click on the link within the email to verify your email address and activate your account.

Step 2
Click on 'Click here' and you will be taken to a web page.
- Ensure you tick the box to accept the End-User licence agreement.
- Enter a New Password (of your choice)
- Repeat the New Password
- Click Activate
Step 3
You will be taken to another web page where you can add an image to your account profile.
If you wish to upload a photo, you need to be on the 'Upload Photo' tab.
Add your photo and click Save.
Alternatively, click on the 'Select an Avatar' tab and choose one of the images that you see.
Once you have clicked on an image, click Save.
Step 4
Your Account is now activated. You are now in Loanapp and should be able to see your name and image in the top right hand corner.
You are free to enter your first application. Click Create New to get started.
For Help, click the '?' in the top right hand corner near your name. This will take you to our Help Centre which is full of articles and tutorials. They will assist you with using Loanapp and ensuring that your applications are entered correctly.
