Change your Password, Profile Image or contact details

Once you have activated your Loanapp account, you can review your account profile and make sure all your details are correct.

To access your account profile, ensure you are logged into Loanapp. Then click on your name in the top right hand corner. A dropdown menu will appear - click on 'Account'.

You will be taken to the Account screen which shows your Email address. This is the email address you will use to always log in to Loanapp

Note: you cannot update your email address. If you do wish to change your email address, you will need to contact Support@Loanapp.com.au to organise a new account and discuss the impact on your existing applications.

You can change your Password and your Image at any time.

To view your account Profile, click on 'Profile' in the left hand menu.

The read-only section can only be modified by your Lender. Please contact them directly to advise of any updates.

You can update your Mobile and Work phone numbers at any time.

To view your Employer details, click on the 'Employer' in the left hand menu.

As an employee, you will not have the necessary permissions to update any Employer details. The whole screen will be read-only.

If you are the Principal of the Brokerage, you will be able to update certain information.

As a Principal, your screen will look like the below.

You are free to update your Office Phone, Fax and Email as well as the company address.

All other fields are read-only. Please contact your Lender directly to advise of any updates.

NB: if you are a Principal of a Brokerage, but are unable to update the contact details, please advise support@simpology.com.au to have your permissions updated.
