If submissions are not being electronically delivered to your internal system, you may want to download a submitted application to view the data or the supporting documents that have been attached.
To download an application and any of its other items, go to the "Received Apps" tab in Loanapp, and highlight (by clicking once) the application you wish to download:

 (Note, you can use the search functionality if you need to, to find the loan):

When you have highlighted the correct loan, click on the "Download Files" button in the menu. 

A pop-up window will appear listing all the available documents to download for this application.
Tick the documents you wish to download, and click "Download"
(Note, you can simply "select all" if you wish)

 The system will think for a minute downloads the forms; and generate a ZIP file full of the requested documents. You can open or save to file:
