In the case where you know your current Loanapp password but want to change it for whatever reason, such as perhaps wanting a more complex one, here's what to do.
Step 1:
Log into your Loanapp account and click on your name at the top right hand corner. You will see a drop-down menu, click on Account.
Step 2:
You will be taken to your account overview where you will see Change Password with a little pen symbol under it. Click on it.
Step 3:
You will need to enter your current password before you click Submit. Once you do, an email will be sent containing further instructions on how to change your password.
Step 4:
Check your email inbox/junk folder, the message you receive should look like the picture below - click on the link provided.
Step 5:
You will be redirected to a new page and prompted to type in a new password in the first field, and confirm that same password in the second field before pressing on the blue arrow.
Clicking on the blue arrow will take you back to the login page of Loanapp and a little green message will advise you that your password has been successfully changed. Use your username and new password to login - it's that easy!
